Registration fees
The registration fee for delegates includes
- Admission to the Conference and the exhibition
- Program and book of abstracts
- Daily tea/coffee and lunches
- The bavarian reception at the Konzertrotunde on Monday, 13. 09. 2010
- Conference banquet at the Konzertrotunde on Wednesday, 15. 09. 2010
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes
- The bavarian reception at the Konzertrotunde on Monday, 13. 09. 2010
- Conference banquet at the Konzertrotunde on Wednesday, 15. 09. 2010
Note: The fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, or entitle them to any Conference literature.

Non-EUROMECH members will automatically become members for one year when they register for the conference and en extra fee of €24 is charged. If you do not wish to take advantage of this offer, please indicate this in the `special requests' section of the registration form (the extra fee is still charged).
If your payment is not received before Juni 11 (2010) the regular registration fee will automatically be charged.
PhD students

Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference organisers.
Change of name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of €30.00 will then be charged.
Onsite Registration
For onsite registration an additional fee of €50 will be charged.
Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the conference organisers. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until July 12, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less €50 for administrative expenses. For cancellations made after this date we regret that no refunds can be made.

. The invitation does not financially obligate the conference in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the delegate. Please give your address if a hardcopy is required, otherwise a PDF version will be sent to you via email. For detailed information about visa applications, Please contact the nearest German embassy.
